About Us ...

How does one describe "Pippa's Paddock", who we are and what we stand for? Many of our guests and friends have commented that the website cannot explain the atmosphere we have here. We are really a family, which together with our friends, live thier life and share it with the people who happen to come our way. We are animal lovers and so many of our animals (including a number of the horses) are rescues. We love the siclian lifestyle, and our guests get to see and meet real sicilian people at thier best. We share our daily experiences with them and provide this unique insight which remains a special memory of those that visit. Our itineries are planned in adavance, that is true. But it is equally true that we are willing to change them at the drop of a hat, usually when we realise that our guests might appreciate the alternative more than the original plan. Also, much of what goes on is unplanned, adding in no small way, to the charm and reality of a life so far removed from the one lived in more advanced countries and faster pace of modern day.
