Day Rides (Ideal for Palermo Cruise Ship visitors)

This day ride caters especially, but not exclusively, for cruise liner guests arriving at Palermo. The city excursions, with the chaotic but interesting character is not for all. There are some who prefer to sample the real Sicilian countryside and have a different day out. Our day in the countryside has proved to be very satisfying to our guests.

Palermo Day Ride on Horseback

Price for Cruise guests (including early morning pick-up and return) is 120 euros. Price without pick-up 80 euros.

My boyfriend and I spent an amazing day with Mark. We stopped in Palermo on a cruise in January and Mark picked us up from the port and drove us to the stables while providing lots of interesting facts about Sicily. We went on a scenic 2 hour hack on Ambrogio and Saskia – both responsive and forward going. Then we had a delicious 3 course lunch including martinis, wine and coffee, on the terrace in the Sicilian sunshine, followed by a return transfer to the ship. We were well looked after by Mark, Raz and Pippa, and enjoyed the riding, food and beautiful countryside. We plan to return! – Emily

  1. We just wanted to say thanks for a lovely day on Thursday. We really enjoyed the ride (one of the best we’ve done) and the lunch as well.
We’d love to come back to Sicily and do some more riding! I’ll be in touch.
