1-Week Itinerary 1
Day 1
- Airport morning pick-up.
- Drive to Pippa’s Paddock in time for lunch.
- Afternoon Ride.
- Evening pizza dinner at a restuarant in a nearby town.
Day 2
- Breakfast
- Morning ride
- Quick sandwiches lunch to get away early…
- Afternoon spent at a small clubhouse on a lake with canoeing, pedaloes etc… (refreshmenst, showers etc are available at the clubhouse)
- We visit a famous horse training centre. (Here horses are trained for parades etc. Some fine steeds are to be seen)

Caccamo Castle. We dine at the castle in the town.
- After we finish off the evening with some drinks at a very pretty local bar… (drinks not included)
Day 3
- Breakfast
- Morning ride
- After our ride we settle down to a good bbq with aperitifs, local food and plenty of wine…
- In the evening we can pop into the nearby town for some drinks at the pub. (drinks not included)
Day 4
- Breakfast
- Morning ride
- After the ride we set off to Cefalu “The Sicilian Riviera”… Here we go to a private beach concession. (Entry is included but not snacks or drinks…)
- In the afternoon we walk around the medieval historic centre of the town..
- We then have dinner in a nearby restaurant on the beach…
- And afterwards, head off to a local night club… (Entry included but not drinks)
- Eventually head back to Pippa’s Paddock.
Day 5
- This is an all-day ride day…
- We ride out from Pippa’s Paddock for a 3 hour ride to a friend’s country house.
- There we paddock the horses and stay for a true homemade Sicilian lunch.
- We take a rest in the tranquil surroundings after lunch…
- And ride back (1.5 hours return).
- In the evening we have a light dinner (normally still full from lunch !) at Pippa’s Paddock.
- If in the mood, we can pop over to a small nice pub in the nearby village of Valledolmo for some drinks. (Drinks not included)
Day 6

- Breakfast
- Morning ride
- Set off to an Adventure pack with packed lunch. (The park is a series of obstacle courses in the treetops and other games)
- On the return we stop in another town for a pizza dinner….
Day 7
- Breakfast.
- Morning ride. Lunch at Pippa’s Paddock.
- Some free time.
- At dusk we go to visit an ancient (2500 years) Arab town which time seems to have forgotten….
- And then to another sumptous dinner in a remote restaurant.
Day 8
- Breakfast
- Morning ride
- Lunch at Pippa’s Paddock.
- Depart for return flights etc…
Notes:
- Price – €595 (aprox £500 at present exchange rates May 2020)
- Includes everything mentioned except flights and anything specifically mentioned as excluded.
- Please note that this price depends on a minimum group of 6 persons. Other group sizes may be catered for but the price would have to change slightly….
