Our terrace BBQs have always provided 2 main things.

Good and abundant food washed down with all the wine and drinks one can wish for.
and a lovely setting with views of the Sicilain hills in which to relax, listen to music and chat, joke and share some special time with friends….

– Typical menu for the BBQ would be aperitifs (Martinis etc) and nibbles before the meal, Antipasti (Sicilian Hors D’ouvres), various pasta dishes first course, an abundant mixed grill of meats with a number of sideplates, various deserts, after-dinner liquors and coffees. All washed down with wines and drinks.
