Our 3 Little Pups arrive at their New Homes.

A Short (5 min) Videoclip showing the life and journey of our 3 little pups until their arrival in Britain… (check for our “Holidays with pets in Sicily”)

This videoclip shows snippets of our puppies life on the farm and the efforts it took to give them a new life.

I want to express special thanks to the many people involved who helped to make this possible. All contributed to lesser or greater extent, and it warmed my heart to see that we always had more volunteers ready to step in. A big “Thank You” to everybody who offered help whether we took you up on it or not.

I am listing (to the best of my knowledge and in no particular sequence)  all those who gave a hand.

Carol Ann – adopted Rosa and worked a lot on the UK side of things with all the formalities and hitches that arose. – ( Click here to see what Carol Ann does)

Gabi – adopted Lola and helped in UK, occassionally staying calm !

Sophia – adopted Milo and also helped in UK (all 3 co-ordinated their efforts in UK)

Evelyn – who helped spread the word and gave such a helping hand in fundraising. In the coming weeks there should be a full program on our puppy saga !!( Click here to see the TV spot’s FB page )

Wendy – helped with transport and fostered the pups during their 3-day stay in Malta. ( Click here to see what Wendy does )

Petlove Petshop and grooming services – who so kindly took the pups and gave them the best shampoo and grooming of their lives… ( Click here to view the shop )

Rosalind – Helped with transport. ( Click here to see the charity Rosalind works for )

Anne – helped doing a lot of the transport…

Rebecca – who helped in spreading the word ( Click here to see more of what Rebecca does )

Mark – who helped incessantly to spread the word especially in raising the funds ( Click here to see what Mark does )

Various Governmental and company officials –

Virtu Ferries – ( Click here to see their website) for their excellent service and attention to all details and requirements..

Air Malta Cargo ( especially Clyde) – again for their help… (Click here to see their website)

Petcare UK – for their sympathy and dedication in helping us out

Alex – who stood by us throughout the saga and provided us with constant advice and intervention.

All the many who responded to our call for fund raising and gave so generously. I cannot thank you all enough…

And lastly, Rebecca my daughter, who worked incessantly to co-ordinate most of the complicated and extensive plans in Malta.   As always, I am sure to have omitted someone who deserves a mention here. To these I profoundly apologise. All I can say is the going was a little tough and there were times when I wasn’t paying enough attention to who was doing what – only that it was being done. THANK YOU ALL – Mark

(We are presently looking into providing holidays with pets in Sicily following many such requests from people in Malta when we arrived there with our pups.  We have decided to go for this. Please contact Rebecca (see contact info) for more details…

  1. Thank you for the wonderful clip. I feel like I did the least amount, but received the greatest reward!

  2. Lovely video and wonderful ending. Well done all involved…a lot of hard work and sacrifice but so rewarding in the end.
